FZ3A ("we", "us") provides on-site phone and tablet repair in Amman, Jordan. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it is protected.

When you request a quote or book a repair, we collect your name, phone number (and WhatsApp number if different), device details, the issue you describe, and your location or neighborhood so our technician can reach you. If you leave a review, we collect your name and review text. If you message us on Instagram or WhatsApp, we may store your handle to follow up on your request.

Why We Collect It

We use this information only to prepare your repair quote, schedule and complete your booking, contact you about your order, and improve our service. We do not use your data for anything beyond running the repair service.

How We Store It

Your data is stored in our Supabase database, protected by access controls that restrict who can view it. We do not store payment card details — payment is collected in person after the repair.

Sharing Your Data

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with the service providers that run this website (Supabase for our database, Google for analytics, Vercel for hosting), and only as needed to operate the site.
