By booking a repair or making a purchase through this site, you agree to the terms below. If you have questions before booking, contact us first.

Our Service

FZ3A provides on-site phone and tablet repair in Amman, Jordan. A technician travels to your location at the time you book. Quotes shown on this site are estimates based on the device and issue you select; the technician confirms the final price on-site before starting any repair.

Booking & Scheduling

Bookings are made for a time slot or "Anytime". Multiple bookings may be scheduled for the same slot to serve different technicians. We will contact you if we need to adjust your appointment time.

Cancellations & No-Shows

You can cancel or reschedule by contacting us before your appointment. Repeated no-shows may affect our ability to offer future bookings.

Parts & Warranty

Each part quality option shown during booking carries its own warranty period, confirmed at the time of quote. Warranty covers the part and workmanship for that period, and does not cover new physical damage (drops, liquid, etc.) after the repair is completed.

Payment

Payment is collected in person once the repair is complete and you are satisfied with the work. We do not charge any card or online payment through this website.

Accessories Store & Refunds

Accessories (cases, screen protectors, and similar items) can be returned within 3 days of purchase if unused and in original condition, for a refund or exchange. Items showing signs of use cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us with your order details.

Your Device & Data

Please back up your device data before your appointment. While we take care with every device, we are not responsible for data loss during a repair. Let our technician know about any pre-existing damage before work begins.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any issue related to a repair is limited to the amount paid for that repair. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost data, lost time, or lost income.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our service changes. The current version always applies to new bookings made after an update.
